- Minimum 1 year experience as a qualified tradesperson

- Sound knowledge of workplace safety and commitment to wearing PPE when required
- Reliable, honest and accountable for all work undertaken

- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues

APPRENTICE PLUMBER
Requirements and Attributes

- Completion of Year 10 or Year 12 preferred

Willingness to commit to a plumbing apprenticeship
- Attending TAFE one day per week while working toward Certificate III and Certificate IV in Plumbing
- Genuine interest in starting a long-term career in the plumbing industry
- Keen to learn new skills and follow instructions from qualified tradespeople
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a reliable approach to work
- Punctual, well-presented and respectful at all times
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly with supervisors and clients
- Takes pride in their work and shows attention to detail
- Punctual, well-presented and demonstrates a strong work ethic
- Follows safety procedures and wear PPE as required
- Good numeracy and literacy skills suitable for a trade based training

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

- Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or office
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
- Ability to confidently book jobs, schedule plumbers and manage customer enquiries
- Comfortable using job management or booking systems (experience with ServiceM8 or similar software advantageous)
- High level of organisation with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain clam in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Honest, Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive customer information
- Strong problem solving skills and a customer first mindset
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Follows internal processes and accurately comopletes all job records and notes
- Willingness to learn and adapt, with a positive attitude towards training and development
- Understanding of basic workplace safety and office procedures
- Enjoy a mix of office based and work from home days
